You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or no penalty reschedule.

 

Refund Eligibility:

Full refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.
No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or for missed appointments ("no-shows").
Credit or reschedule may be offered in cases of emergency (at our discretion).
